Precision jumps, vaults flips, tricks and more... Our experienced coaches are well known in their field and will take you through the basics. You can also explore and train at your own pace and they will be on hand to give advice when needed!
Dance Classes
Street Dance:
Learn all different street dance styles. Our coaches will teach you popping, locking, house and hip hop, covering the foundations in all areas. From simply dancing to the beat and grooves all the way to learning advanced movements and how to freestyle, our classes are great for all abilities.
Break Dance:
Our specialist breakdance classes cover toprock, floorwork, freezes and power moves. Our world title holding coaches can help with everything from the basic toprock and footwork to headspins!
Choreography:
Our instructors work all week on routines to make sure every week you have something new and amazing to learn.

Open Sessions
Train what you want, the way you want. Make the most of our facilities and get creative while our coaching staff are on hand whenever you need them. Parkour, Calisthenics, Tricking, Trampolining and a whole lot more! An unstructured session attended by our coaches. Enhance what you learnt at our classes, or improve on your existing skill set. The gym is yours… all equipment is available for use! Attended by beginners and the most advanced in their field.
Cali Classes
Strength, agility and coordination combined. Great way to get in shape with the need for gym equipment.
From pull ups and handstands to muscle-ups and planches. Our Cali coaches have competed and learnt across the world, using bars, parallel bars and floor space, will teach you everything from the basics through to the most advanced moves in this
structured class.
Fitness Classes
Level up your fitness! Our qualified personal trainers will use bodyweight exercises, workout equipment and specialist gymnastics equipment to put you through your paces. Whether you’re a regular gym goer, or if you’ve never even tried a press up, this class will help to improve your fitness.
Tricking and Tumbling Classes
If you want to learn anything from a basic flip to advanced tumbling, Get down to one of our Tricking or Tumbling classes! Our experienced coaches will work closely with you in our very safe environment and help you develop your skills and technique.
